Now, I know as well as you that there are no shortage of personal branding “gurus” and strategists out there. It would be easy to spend lots of money on branding products, bootcamps and the like.

Obviously, I want to avoid all that and I wanted to just pick somewhere I could rant and rave with risk of annoying everyone.

You don’t have to move far on the web these days before you come across a twitter teleseminar.

Now, usually these miss the point quite badly because they focus on the wrong thing.

But that’s WRONG.

I read recently that if you have more than 25,000 followers, you are either a celebrity (a real one..) or a fake.

What you need is BETTER FOLLOWERS and know how to win business on twitter.

Ask yourself this..

Which is better, 100,000 followers who never read a thing you tweet or much less even know who you are

OR

A couple of hundred, maybe a couple of thousand followers who hang on your every word and pass on things you tweet like wildfire?

I think the answer is obvious.
