Just a quick note to say that our helpdesk has moved to a new home on a new server. Unfortunately, we need to re upload some the “how to’s” and canned responses.
We will be doing this in the next week or so so please bear with us.
In the meantime though, the support desk is fully operational and you can submit tickets as normal.
All existing tickets have been moved over.
Thank you for your patience and we hope you didn’t notice any “downtime”.
