Making a presentation is daunting and stressful.

Here is a tip when your mouth dries up.

Close your mouth and push your tongue up against the back of your teeth hard.

This will have the effect of “wringing your tongue out” and your mouth will not be dry anymore.

(Just make sure you have your mouth closed…)
