Sharp End Training has been established since 2004. We operate from a small office in Sheffield, UK.

Jonathan Senior – Technical Director
Jonathan started his management career in the public sector. Since then he has completed numerous interim management & consultancy assignments.
He has seen at first hand the glorious inefficiencies of staff and business systems and the total waste of literally thousands of pounds of “initiatives” and “strategies”.
He got fed up with travelling round the UK teaching managers on big salaries how to deal with basic management issues.
He has now retired from “on the road consultancy”
With the mass take up of broadband and “always on” web connections, he decided to put his vast knowledge and closely guarded management secrets online. The results are the Sharp End Training courses.
Jonathan has all the badges too – he is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered Manager (the “gold standard” of managers in the UK).
Jonathan is currently working on his new book “Confessions of an interim manager” where he will lift the lid on ineptness, incompetence & downright stupidity of all types of “manager”.
